About Buchlovice Chateau

This chateau with an Italian Baroque style, was built at the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries. It is a uniquely designed complex building, the interiors of which will amaze you with their rich stucco work and frescoes. The chateau buildings are surrounded by a unique terraced garden of the French type and an extensive English park in which you will see one of the most important historic collections of greenery in the Czech Republic. The beautiful park and the décor of the chateau are complemented by valuable statuary and other architectural elements. A number of cultural activities take place in the chateau complex and you can also visit the chateau wine restaurant. Regular fuchsia exhibitions take place here in the summer.
