2. You will then receive a personal email outlining possible options and including more information about your specific inquiry.
3. Select a wedding package that best fits your processional needs .
4. Send in the online Booking Form - exact date can be chosen later - we recommend booking 6 - 9 months in advance.
5. Contract MoravianWeddings as your personal wedding coordinators for your wedding in the Czech Republic - read, sign, and return our standard business contract.
6. Submit your booking deposit via secure bank transfer or credit card payment -

7. Meet your personal wedding coordinator, who will help you plan your wedding procession and oversee all aspects of the wedding ceremony.
8. Select a date for your wedding ceremony.
9. Optional preliminary budget - no hidden charges.
10. Begin customizing your package with extra services all the way up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
11. Customizing process with your personal wedding coordinator - select your ceremony and reception venue, music, flowers, etc.
12. Send your legal documents to your personal wedding coordinator for translation and processing in the Czech Republic - legal documents due no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date, and last minute weddings are possible with an extra charge.
13. Balance payment due 21 days prior to the wedding date for bank transfers or credit card payments.
14. Arrival to the Czech Republic at least 3 working days prior to wedding date for finalizing of legal documents with your personal wedding coordinator - must arrive the latest by Wednesday morning before the wedding unless other wise cleared by your Coordinator.
15. Pre-wedding meeting with your personal wedding coordinator 2-3 days prior to the wedding date for ceremony day overview and final touches.
16. Wedding Day! With onsite assistance by your personal wedding coordinator!
